What to report

• Suspected bribery, fraud, sanctions evasion, document falsification
• Requests for improper payments, “expedite fees,” or unusual settlement demands
• Any attempt to bypass verification, inspection, or required documentation

How to report

Email compliance@diwance.com with:

• Subject: “Compliance Report”
• Company / contact / role
• Summary of concern (what/when/where/who)
• Supporting evidence (emails, screenshots, documents) where available

Confidentiality & no retaliation

Reports are handled confidentially where possible. Retaliation against good‑faith reporting is not permitted.

Case handling

We may pause or terminate engagement while reviewing. Where necessary, matters may be escalated to legal counsel or relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable law.

• 반부패 위반 의심, 사기, 제재 회피, 서류 조작
• 부당한 지급(촉진금 등) 요구, 비정상 결제 요구
• 검증·검사·필수 서류 절차를 우회하려는 시도

제보 방법

compliance@diwance.com으로 이메일 제보:

• 제목: “컴플라이언스 제보”
• 회사/담당자/직책
• 우려 내용 요약(무엇/언제/어디서/누가)
• 가능한 경우 증빙(이메일, 스크린샷, 문서)

제보는 가능한 범위에서 비공개로 처리합니다. 선의의 제보에 대한 불이익 조치는 금지합니다.

처리 절차

검토 기간 동안 거래 진행을 보류하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 필요 시 법무 검토 또는 관계기관 절차로 이관될 수 있습니다(관련 법령 범위 내).
